El Raco Australia Terms & Conditions:

These terms & conditions apply to all items ordered from El Raco Australia, and by placing your order you agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time-to-time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.

Our products

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the sandals, bags & hats that appear on our website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

All our sandals are sold in EURO sizes, with the AU size provided as a guide only.  If you have any queries about sizing, please contact us prior to purchasing.

Purchase of products

When you place an order on our website, we will send you an email to the email address provided by you during the checkout process.  Our acceptance of your order does not take place until we send you a confirmation email.

Goods are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we shall notify you as soon as possible.

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Discontinued and minor faults purchases cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Note. We are unable to amend your order once it has been placed online.  

Price and payment

Full payment for your purchase must be made before we can dispatch your order.

The prices shown on our website include any GST (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges as detailed below.

We charge you for your order in AUD. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the credit or debit card company of the card used for payment. Any customers outside of AUSTRALIA will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

Delivery 

If the goods that you order are in stock at the time when your order is accepted then we will aim to dispatch your order within a maximum 5 working days.  We aim to dispatch most orders on the next working day.

Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays. 

AUSTRALIA: Please allow up to 4 working days from confirmation of order to delivery date.

OVERSEAS: Please allow up to 10 working days from confirmation of order to delivery date.

We reserve the right to change our delivery costs at any time without notice to you. The cost of your delivery will always be confirmed at the time when your order is placed.

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE: By selecting 'Authority To Leave' at the checkout page our courier will leave your parcel at your unattended premises in accordance with your instructions.

You agree that the parcel is deemed received when left at your premises.

El Raco Australia and contractors associated with the delivery, do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage which results from this Authority to Leave delivery method. You agree to release El Raco Australia from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses, including financial and other consequential losses, made, suffered or incurred by you or any other person or entity as a result of this Authority to Leave.

If you do not give El Raco Australia Authority to Leave, you will have to be at your premises in order for the delivery to occur. 

Returns

We know you will be eager to try your new El Raco avarca’s or Wayuu mochila bag, but please take care to ensure you keep them in good condition & with the original packaging in the event you may want to return or exchange your El Raco Australia items. Please ensure they are re-packed the way they arrived & with care in order to maintain the original shape. If they are not resalable or received by El Raco Australia in the original condition they will not be accepted. 

You may return your product to El Raco Australia ONLY for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding delivery costs). Products must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase with completed returns slip.

Sandals, bags or hats must be returned in an unworn state with tags.

All of our sandals are covered by a 3 month warranty. Any damage to the sandals outside of the warranty period will not be deemed as a manufacturing fault.

We can only refund the credit card originally used for payment.

For goods received that are faulty and unworn, please email us at admin@elracoaustralia.com.au stating the order number and nature of the problem.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase. Returned items must be returned to us unworn and in their original condition with tags.

Unless we have sent you damaged or faulty goods we regret that delivery costs cannot be refunded to you.

We recommend that you return your sandals via a guaranteed delivery service, and/or obtain a proof of postage as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach us.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION & El Raco Australia CARE ADVISE

The Glitter El Raco’s are very delicate and are not designed to be worn as an everyday shoe. They cannot be exposed to water as glitter loss will occur. Some glitter loss is to be expected during wear.

We advise that you take precautions by protecting your nubuck El Raco’s  with a recommended scotch guard. 

The Wayuu products are made of an acrylic blend, the colour will not easily fade in the wash.

To clean it:

  1. Place it in the washing machine with like colours on a cold setting.
  2. Do not spin
  3. Lay flat to dry, preferably out of the sun
